Summary: To plan and meet growth objectives with the assigned OEM customers and target accounts.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

§ Develops understanding of the intersection of the customers, the competitive landscape, and Banjo’s product offering and leverages this knowledge to achieve growth targets

§ Works with Segment Leader to develop and meet annual NA Ag sales plan (AOP) and actions for growth

§ Works with Segment Leader to develop long-term strategic plan for OEM growth

§ Differentiates and drives growth through winning initiatives to displace competition at target accounts with the goal of increased market share and penetration

§ Provides the company with new product and service ideas, market trends,customer market data, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence. Participate on New Product Development and marketing teams as required

§ Leads key cross functional projects to ensure expectations and deadlines are met for key account base

  • Establishes and sustains repeatable commercial process utilizing necessary tools and training

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Other Responsibilities: Works closely with other sales management, other IDEX business units, Customer Service, Technical Sales, IT, Operations and Accounting to achieve Company prioritiesAttend and conduct tradeshows, seminars, and training sessions as needed for the global businessAssist cross functional teams with any internal audits as required.Assist with report generation and analytics when necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business and/or a minimum of five years of experience in technical sales

  • OEM channel management experience Preferred experience:

  • Agriculture market experience

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel including up to 50% overnight stays; home location is flexible; not required to be based in Banjo office
