IDEX Field Training Manager in Ocala, Florida

We are looking to employ a field training manager with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A training manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. The Training Manager will have excellent research and problem solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The field training manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and delivery of strategic training programs/courses. As well as managing customer demand and scheduling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise and implement training programs that reflect our company strategy, product offerings and goals.

  • Effectively tailor and deliver training to multiple audiences.

  • Resolve any specific customer problems and tailor training programs as necessary.

  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success and provide periodic reports.

  • Develop training manuals and collateral that target tangible results.

  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.

  • Effectively manage the training budget.

  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

  • Effectively communicate with team members, other trainers, and management.

  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.

  • All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS degree in education, technical, relevant field or equivalent military training.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with centrifugal pumps and controls.

  • Experience in training and development management is a plus.

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

  • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.

  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.

  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

  • Strategic and creative mindset.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
