AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Troubleshoot, Service & Maintain iPEK sewer camera equipment

• Communicate with customers on camera repair needs

• Maintain inventory of spare parts on the vehicle

• Document repairs

• Establish and further develop the company’s reputation as provider of high-quality products and ‘added value service support

• Advise internally and externally as expert with high technical competence of the company’s products

• Develop and maintain good personal relationships with users of the company’s products

• Identify of opportunities for potential sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical training/ apprenticeship e.g. Electrician

• Initial years of experience as a Service Technician

• Experience repairing electronic equipment

• Be able to read and understand blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams

• Be able to solder and to use small power tools

• Strong communication, planning and inter personnel skills paired with excellent customer orientation

• Self-starter who can work independently without supervision and a team player

• Readiness to travel across the UK
