The Marketing Specialist will primarily manage all the outbound marketing activities, including exhibitions, digital marketing, and general product promotion, to strengthen the brand and contribute to the business objectives. The role will collaborate with the product and commercial teams and drive the planning and execution of all the marketing activities. The role will also collaborate with Marketing teams around the world to ensure global marketing initiatives are met. We are looking for a creative and quantitative thinker with good communication, administrative skills and an understanding of product marketing processes.


  • Tradeshows, customer events and distributors events: Work closely with the commercial and product teams to devise the strategy for each event, and then manage the end-to-end execution of the event. Analyze and report the outcome of each event.

  • Email marketing and newsletters: Maintain an up-to-date database and develop targeted campaigns for customers and distributors to drive awareness and engagement. Monitor the performance of the campaigns and optimize accordingly.

  • Sales tools library: Collaborate with the product team and external partners to develop and maintain sales tools such as flyers, presentations, videos, and testimonials.

  • Website and social media: Manage updates and optimization of the company's website and manage its social media presence to drive more engagement. Monitor analytics to optimize performance.

  • Thought leadership: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop thought leadership content (press releases, technical blogs, whitepapers etc.)

  • Advertising and promotion: Promote the company's products on industry forums and magazines through product listings, advertising, and articles.

  • Co-marketing activities: Collaborate with distributors to drive co-marketing activities

  • Customer portals: Manage company information and product listing on customer portals

  • Stay-up-to-date: Stay up to date with the products and new developments in the market

  • Market research: Evaluate the need with internal stakeholders, and work with external partners to conduct studies

  • Budget and invoicing: Budget and actual spend management and forecasting


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field

  • A minimum of four years of in B2B marketing experience (in manufacturing a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices for social media marketing, email marketing, and Google Analytics

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and presentation skills


  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance, and manage deliverables for multiple marketing projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Ability to work through conflicts, gain trust and persuasively influence outcomes.

  • Analytical & Solution Driven: Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and quality: Keen eye for detail and creative finesse

  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving insights to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Individual & Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Bilingual in Spanish is an additional plus, but not required
